CONSTRUCTION

It’s 10 AM on a busy site. A worker takes a fall from height. He’s conscious but confused. The site foreman – who trained with First Aid Action six months ago – takes control. He manages the scene, immobilises the arm, monitors for shock, and talks calmly to his colleague until the ambulance arrives. The difference? Training that used real construction scenarios, not generic slides.

HOSPITALITY

During a busy Friday dinner service, a guest at table seven begins to look pale and sweaty. Your floor manager recognises anaphylaxis. She administers the EpiPen from the first aid kit, calls 000, and stays with the guest until paramedics arrive. Six months earlier, she wasn’t sure what anaphylaxis looked like. Then she trained with First Aid Action.
