Perform Rescue from a Live Low Voltage Panel
UETDRMP018
Specialist training for electrical workers covering safe rescue from a live LV panel, emergency response procedures for electrical contact, and the sequence of actions that applies when current may be present. This is the course that principal contractors and project managers require documented on commercial and industrial sites.
Recommended for: all electricians, apprentices, and workers who access live or potentially live LV equipment.
Provide First Aid
HLTAID011
Comprehensive first aid training covering burns, electrical injuries, trauma, and a wide range of on-site emergencies. Delivered in combination with UETDRMP018 to create a complete electrical worksite emergency response capability.
Recommended for: all site workers.
Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
HLTAID009
Annual CPR renewal training. Following an electrical contact, prompt CPR is often the single most critical intervention. Every member of your team should be able to start CPR immediately – not just the designated first aider.
Recommended for: all staff annually.
Provide Advanced Resuscitation & Oxygen Therapy

Advanced resuscitation including oxygen therapy. Recommended for site supervisors, safety officers, and businesses seeking an elevated emergency response capability on larger or higher-risk sites.

The site is 25 minutes from the nearest hospital.
What does the rest of your crew do? Who takes command? Who knows how to safely remove him from the source – without becoming a second victim? Who starts CPR, and when?
Low voltage electrical contact is survivable. But only if your team knows exactly what to do in the first three minutes.
Compliance note: Queensland’s Electrical Safety Act 2002 and the Electrical Safety Regulation 2013 impose a duty on electrical employers to manage electrical risks in the workplace, including the provision of appropriate emergency response capability. Principal contractors on commercial and industrial sites increasingly require documented UETDRMP018 certification as a condition of site access. HLTAID011 certificates are valid for three years; CPR must be renewed annually.
