From One Business Owner to Another

If you run a childcare centre or early learning service, you already understand that compliance isn’t optional – but compliance isn’t really the point. The point is that one of your educators is in the sleep room when an infant stops breathing. or one of your three-year-olds has a severe allergic reaction – your team knows exactly what to do.

Not just in theory, but in practice, in your centre, with your resources.

Every session I deliver for early childhood services is built around the specific scenarios your educators face: paediatric emergencies, anaphylaxis and asthma management, choking in young children, febrile convulsions, and the particular challenges of a care setting where ratios are tight and your team may be managing multiple children at once.

I hold HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting – as a core offering for childcare providers, because it’s the course designed for a centre like yours.

It’s the qualification ACECQA requires. And it’s the training that makes the difference when it matters.

From one business owner to another I understand how your team’s readiness protects your children, your families, and your approval status.

— Luella Stanley, Managing Director & Principal Trainer

You’re Not Just Ticking a Box. You’re Protecting What You’ve Built.

Your educators
Every member of your team understands how to respond to the emergencies most likely to occur in an early childhood setting – from anaphylaxis to infant CPR, febrile convulsions to choking. They train in your environment, with your resources.

Your families
When a parent entrusts their child to your care, they need to know that every scenario has been thought through. A prepared team builds the trust that fills enrolment spots and keeps them filled.

Your centre
Documented, nationally recognised training satisfies ACECQA’s minimum first aid requirements, supports your WHS obligations under QLD legislation, and protects your approval status. Certificates are issued promptly after assessment.

Your reputation
In a word-of-mouth industry, how your team responds in a crisis is the story families tell each other at pick-up. Preparation is how you make sure it’s the right one.

Picture This

It’s a Wednesday afternoon. One of your four-year-olds starts gasping during afternoon tea. Her lips begin to swell. One of your educators runs to call you. Another stands frozen. A third reaches for the EpiPen — but she wasn’t at the last training session and isn’t sure of the steps.

You’re on the phone with triple zero. Eight minutes away. The other children are watching.

Is your team ready to act — right now, without hesitation?

This is why first aid training isn’t just an ACECQA checkbox. It’s the difference between a calm, confident response and a moment no one in your centre ever recovers from.

Getting Your Team Trained Is Simpler Than You Think
